Spa treatments must be selected from our ‘create your own package’ menu and booked prior to your stay to avoid disappointment. The four treatments included in the package may be used by one or both guests.
High Tea for two will be provided on one of the days during your stay and spa cuisine and wellness drink on the alternative day with your spa package.

JetCorp Australia

The helicopter will (where available) be a Bell JetRanger 206, suitable for up to 4 passengers and minimal luggage. The flight will be conducted by a suitably licenced and insured, commercial Air Operators Certificate holder and the flight will be piloted by a suitably endorsed and approved pilot.
Pax. weight will be limited to an average of 80kgs. otherwise there will have to be limitations placed on flying time. The pilot in command will at his/her discretion and his/her alone, dictate which of the landing sites are accessible operationally, with consideration to the prevailing weather conditions. If the flight is to be cancelled an alternative date will be scheduled. A planned flight date will be organised and confirmed 24 hours prior to departure but the decision to depart on the day remains the pilot’s and his/hers alone. Everything within reason will be done to conduct the flight on the agreed date.
Lilianfels is unfortunately inaccessible by helicopter and the nearest suitable helicopter landing site will be selected – TBA and ground transport will be provided by the Resort.
When choosing the flight path to Lilianfel’s Resort, flight time must be within 1 hour each way. Any flight in excess of a total of 2 hours can be undertaken but the excess time will be at the expense of the prize winner. In some cases flight time is less than 2 hours return; in this instance there will be an opportunity to conduct additional scenic flying if at the discretion of the pilot it is deemed appropriate. This option is to be discussed and approved by JetCorp only before the flight commences.
It must be noted by passengers that Civil Aviation Regulations dictate that no intoxicated passengers are to be carried on any commercial aircraft. It is therefore necessary to be mindful of the amount of alcohol consumed prior to travel. It is not JetCorp’s intention to ruin the spirit of day but we have legal responsibilities we must adhere to. Please note we will do our utmost to be flexible on this point but we have the final say.
If in the case of the helicopter becoming unserviceable every effort will be made to provide a replacement aircraft immediately but should one not be available an alternative date will be organised.
Ground transport to the point of departure is the responsibility of the Prize Winners. Free parking will be made available at the departure terminal when available.
Departure points will be limited to and include either mascot or Bankstown Airports.
Should Prize Winners reside outside of these departure points it will be their responsibility to position themselves appropriately and at their own expense.
